biological activity | Aurintricarboxylic acid is highly efficient, α β-methylene-ATP is sensitive to selective P2X1Rs and P2X3Rs allosteric antagonists, and IC50 values for rP2X1R and rP2X3R are 8.6 nM and 72.9 nM respectively. Aurintricarboxylic acid is an effective anti-influenza agent by directly inhibiting the action of neuraminidase (neuraminidase). Aurintricarboxylic acid is also a topoisomerase II and an inhibitor of apoptosis. Aurintricarboxylic acid is a selective inhibitor of TWEAK-Fn14 signaling pathway. Aurintricarboxylic acid is also a cystathionine-gamma-lyase (CSE) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.6 μM. Aurintricarboxylic acid is a miRNA regulator that can regulate miRNA function. |
Cell Line: | T98G, A172, GBM44 glioma cells |
Concentration: | 10 μM |
Incubation Time: | 0.5 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours |
Result: | Abrogated TWEAK activation of downstream signals including phosphorylation of the NF-κB family member p65, Akt, and Src in all three GBM cell lines. |
use | intermediate of aluminum reagent. |
Production method | Salicylic acid reacts with formaldehyde to obtain methylene disalicylic acid, and then mix it with salicylic acid and nitrosyl thioester to obtain golden yellow tricarboxylic acid. |
